Wellbeing Medical Group is a CQC-regulated integrative oncology clinic based at 185 Tower Bridge Road, London. We support adult cancer patients by offering complementary therapies that work alongside your NHS care — designed to help manage side effects, support your immune system and improve how you feel during and after your hospital treatment.
Every therapy plan is personally designed by Dr Saskia, a consultant in integrative oncology and one of three consultants at the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine. She reviews your diagnosis, your hospital pathway and your medical history before recommending anything.
We exist because too many cancer patients go through their hospital care without knowing that safe, evidence-informed complementary therapies are available to support them. That’s what we’re here to change.
When Dr Saskia began practising integrative oncology, she saw the same problem again and again: patients going through chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery with no access to the complementary support that could help them cope. The NHS offers world-class cancer treatment — but it doesn’t always have the time or resources to address the wider impact on your body, your energy and your quality of life.
Wellbeing Medical Group was founded to fill that gap. We work alongside your hospital team, not instead of them. Our role is to support your body through what is often the most demanding experience of your life — and to make sure the therapies we recommend are backed by published research and tailored specifically to you.
Specialist-Led Care
Every therapy plan at WMG is designed by Dr Saskia, a consultant in integrative oncology at the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine. She doesn’t delegate your care — she reviews your diagnosis personally and builds your plan around your specific situation.
CQC Regulated
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, which means we meet the same clinical governance and safety standards as NHS services. For a private integrative clinic, this is a level of regulation most competitors don’t have.
Evidence-Informed Therapies
We only offer therapies that are supported by published research. Where the evidence is strong, we say so. Where it’s still developing, we’re clear about that too. You’ll always understand the basis for what we recommend.
Built Around Your Hospital Care
We don’t replace your NHS team — we work alongside them. Dr Saskia reviews your hospital reports, understands your treatment pathway and makes sure everything we recommend complements your existing care. If something isn’t right for you, she’ll tell you.
Your first step. Dr Saskia reviews your diagnosis, your hospital pathway and your medical history, then recommends which therapies may be appropriate for your situation.
A range of intravenous therapies including vitamin C, mistletoe, curcumin, wormwood and helleborus — each selected by Dr Saskia based on your individual needs and the published evidence.
IV therapy programmes designed to prepare your body before cancer surgery and support your recovery afterwards.
Ozone therapy delivered across three routes — intravenous, rectal and vaginal — tailored to your cancer type and clinical needs. WMG is the first UK clinic to offer all three for cancer patients.
We stay close to the research. Dr Saskia is affiliated with the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine and the British Society for Integrative Oncology, and we regularly review the latest published evidence to make sure our protocols reflect current best practice.
We also believe that distance shouldn’t prevent you from accessing specialist integrative care. Our nursing team delivers IV therapies to patients across the UK, with the same medical oversight as our London clinic.
If you or someone you care about is going through cancer, we’re here to help. Consultations with our Medical Advisory Team are free, who work closely with our lead consultant Dr Saskia Kloppenburg.
Your video consultation takes place over a secure platform from anywhere in the UK, with full audio and video. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment time and a simple link to join — no software to download. Sessions typically last 30 to 45 minutes and cover the same ground as an in-person review: pain assessment, medication review, treatment adjustments, and any onward planning. A written summary is sent to you afterwards for your records, and shared with your GP or NHS team where appropriate.
If medication is prescribed during your consultation, we send the prescription electronically to a pharmacy of your choice, ready for collection or delivery. There is no paperwork to wait for and no separate trip to the clinic.
We schedule regular telemedicine check-ins to track how your treatment is working over time. These short appointments make it easy to fine-tune your plan as your needs change, without you needing to travel for every review.
If your pain changes or your treatment needs adjusting between scheduled appointments, we offer rapid follow-up consultations. Most patients can be seen within one to two working days, by phone, video, or in person depending on what is needed. For more complex or escalating symptoms, we coordinate directly with your NHS team to arrange the right level of support without delay.
For patients who would benefit from care at home, we provide home and mobile therapy services across the UK. A member of our team can deliver IV infusion therapies in your own home, support medication management, and coordinate closely with your community and palliative care teams. Each visit includes a safety check, consent review, and clear after-care guidance.
